WEB DESIGNER (PORTUGUESE SPEAKING) EM PORTUGAL

Our client is looking for a Portuguese speaking Web Designer to join their offices in Oeiras, Portugal. You will work as a member of the Design Team which is an integral part of the Product & Design department. Your main focus will be on improving the customer experience on their brands through UX research and designing compelling end to end solutions. Depending on your skills and interests, you may also be involved with other types of work, such as video editing, animation and designing promotional material for the company and other visuals. Responsibilities: - Design intuitive and responsive user journeys for mobile, tablet and desktop - Create pixel perfect user interfaces and prototypes - Understand the concept of MVP and ensure our solutions scale to new iterations - Conduct user research and support with customer development - Work together with product to finalize the requirements for new features and flows - Come up with new ideas, concepts and iterations to improve the product - Work closely with development by explaining and clarifying functionality if needed - Remain up to date with industry trends and new innovations Requirements: - Good command of English and Portuguese. - At least 3 years of experience designing web products - Have a portfolio of projects demonstrating your work - Strong understanding of UX and the customer’s needs - Experience in designing user interfaces and prototypes - Knowledge of modern design tools - we use Figma, and hope you do as well - Happy to put the customer first ahead of personal preferences - Data & customer driven in your decision making - Positive can-do attitude to complex problems - A collaborative team player who’s happy to give and receive feedback
