The right person for this role is enthusiastic about supervising and leading a team of customer advisors to provide excellent service. As a Team Leader, you will: Supervise, monitor, and develop a team of Customer Advisors. Closely monitor the SLAs and KPIs of the project. Guarantee the continuous monitoring and improvement of the KPI's project by identifying performance gaps, analyzing root causes, and developing strategies to improve the results of the team. Lead a team to success by creating an inspiring customer service environment focused on quality and achieving high-level performance. We are looking for: Proficient in French, German or Nordic (C1/C2) Fluency in English (B2) At least on 1 year of previous experience in Team Management (mandatory) In-depth knowledge of performance metrics (KPIs) Good IT skills, especially in MS Excel Excellent communication and leadership skills Organizational and time-management skills Decision-making skills For non-EU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
