We're looking for an Engineering Specialist Associate with necessary technical background in the network environment, to be part of a technical RUN team. - Providing 2nd line support for PDSM incidents (automated alerts, self-service, phone, email, chat) - Implement standard PDSM request - Remotely assist with replacing a broken switch with a new one, fetch and load configuration backup and connect - Assess LAN needs based on Business requirements (e.g. new facility) - Manages LAN switch Software Upgrade when required, including test plan - Replace a broken AP with a new one, incl required basic config and geofencing - Assess WLAN needs based on Business requirements (e.g. new facility), including Wi-Fi technical constraints - Troubleshooting Wifi connectivity issues - Create and manage new DHCP ranges. Select and document new deployed IP ranges and static IP addresses. Troubleshoot DHCP issues. The ideal candidate for this job will have key skills and strong experience in some or all the following areas: - Bachelor in IT - CISCO ICND certification - CISCO CCNA R&S certification - Fluent English both written and verbal - Team player with a can-do attitude - Ability to work in 24/7 regime - Flexible - Customer focused with excellent communication skills. - Attention to detail and able to work to tight deadlines - Task orientated with good time management - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Able to make independent decisions based on expertise. We're looking for someone that will help create the services culture of the future. - Oversee the technical decisions and ensure quality of results; - Perform productively at many levels, from enterprise architecture to the concrete day-to-day world of coding; - Design, implement, integrate and support ServiceNow platform solutions; - Articulate architectural differences between solution methods; - Articulate the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms; - Ability to work independently and serve as a credible resource for the client’s senior management team; - Collaborate with business development team during sales efforts to demonstrate technical capabilities, create a solution vision for a solution, and create estimates and work plans; -Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments and clear code. The ideal candidate for this job will have key skills and strong experience in some or all the following areas: - 2 years of experience minimum; - Expert level understanding of one of ServiceNow core products ITSM, ITOM or ITBM; - Fundamental understanding of client side and server-side scripting; - Fundamental understanding of client and server APIs; - Understanding of Outbound REST services and creating inbound Scripted Rest Services; - Experience with web technologies (JSON, XML, HTML, JavaScript, REST and SOAP Web Services, etc.); - Understanding of implementation methodologies (ex. Agile Scrum, Waterfall) and ServiceNow development best practices; - Knowledge of how to assess the performance of a ServiceNow environment, how to diagnose performance problems, and best practices for improving performance; - Platform migration to new versions of applications experience; - ITSM/ITIL knowledge and expertise; - Experience with non-core applications (ex.
