You will be able to use your capability to find and evaluate the skills of candidates, using efficient sourcing strategies and technical evaluation methods, to allow the attraction and successful hire of the best people to the right roles. As part of the HR team, you will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and be part of a strong employee experience plan. You identify, evaluate and onboard new partners. Ideally, these would provide incremental opportunities to our product portfolio and/or be structured to improve our bottom line; Ability to balance managing the big picture along with tactical, detailed execution; Strategic problem solver with the ability to diagnose and solve challenges leveraging data and testing; Experience in Tech, SAAS and retail is a plus; Open to relocate to Lisbon for a minimum of 1 year. La experiencia en la supervisión de ingenieros Junior de PLC es una ventaja. Experiencia en ingeniería mecánica (instalaciones eléctricas) en Industria o Infraestructura Húmeda. Dominio del inglés (nivel C1: comprensión auditiva, lectura, escritura). Dominio del holandés (no imprescindible). Habilidades independientes y de trabajo en equipo.
