PRODUCTION COORDINATOR 15-20h/week - REMOTE Responsibilities: Organise drop calendars with me once seasonal SKUs are approved & inform the appropriate team(s) when the drop schedule has been updated for company visibility. Manage the approval & comments of bulk production with Logistics, Retailer and Agency. Manage orders & reorders between production, Logistics and Retailers. Manage shipping of collections between production, warehouse and retailers. Oversee different guidelines of different retailers to ensure correct delivery to their warehouses. Stock management in our warehouse Expectations: Maintain positive & professional communication with team and external vendors Excellent communicator and HIGHLY organised This persons schedule will revolve around the CEO´s schedule Remote Work, meetings once in a while in Berlin Fluent in English, would help to be bilingual in German Having interest in Fashion and Social Brands Plus: Experience in Shopify
