They are located in the Algarve, more precisely in the area of Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quarteira. We have a vacancy for CHEF OF KITCHEN (M/F), and if you find yourself residing somewhere far from us, don't worry, we offer accommodation! Requirements: ● Training in the kitchen area; ● Proven experience of 1 year in leadership roles in the kitchen; ● Experience in team management; ● Excellent communication skills; ● Sensitivity in cost management and customer orientation; ● Aptitude for a refined service; ● Excellent initiative capacity;Proactivo e dinâmico; ● Excellent organizational skills; ● A lot of flexibility and availability; ● Punctuality and attendance; ● Good knowledge of English; ● Careful presentation; ● Computer skills from the user's perspective; ● Availability to work on weekends and during the night; Tasks and responsibilities: ● Organizing, coordinating and controlling all the activities that take place in the kitchen; ● Plan and organize daily meals production; ● Plan the purchase of necessary food products depending on the number of meals to be produced and existing stocks; ● Supervise work in the kitchen; ● Prepare all the dishes and items designated for the different sections in optimal conditions; ● Respect the quality standards defined by the group; ● Ensure that the production places are always in a demanding state of cleanliness in accordance with the company's hygiene standards; ● Guarantee of compliance with HACCP standards.
