PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES Realizar todas as tarefas diárias definidas pelo Chefe de Reservas. Assegurar que todas as informações são transmitidas aos hóspedes. Assegurar-se de que os tempos de resposta estabelecidos pela direcção são cumpridos. Conhecer bem os quartos, instalações e reservas de hotel, tarifas, promoções, comodidades, programas, instalações e serviços do hotel. Responder a questões dos hóspedes relativas a serviços hoteleiros, refeições, entretenimento, pontos de venda e actividades da Quinta do Lago e direcções de viagem, etc. Fazer o seguimento de reservas provisórias e actualizar o estado das reservas. Responder a todos os pedidos de reserva de hóspedes e executar um serviço de hóspedes rápido, cortês e preciso em todos os momentos. Ter conhecimento de todo o procedimento de reserva de acordo com a estratégia implementada pelo hotel e os procedimentos operacionais normalizados colocados no local. Compreensão total e importância da segmentação do hotel e da estratégia de preços. Assegurar um tratamento especial dos hóspedes repetidos e dos hóspedes  VIP. Informar o Chefe de Reservas ou  Revenue Manager quando o estado de disponibilidade do hotel for altamente impactado (cancelamentos ou picos) e preparar-se para a acção necessária. Compreender e aplicar as políticas de crédito do hotel e da empresa e assegurar que são aplicadas às reservas instruções de facturação, instruções de encaminhamento e métodos de pagamento adequados. Assegurar que o pagamento do depósito é efectuado com antecedência para todos os pagamentos nas reservas do hotel, por exemplo Reservas directas, OTA's, etc. Rever as reservas não comparecidas e canceladas e processar os encargos de acordo com a política do hotel, sem deixar de evitar comissões ou perdas de receitas indesejadas. Verificar se cada pedido de reserva é processado de acordo com as normas do hotel e sem demora. Registar e arquivar toda a correspondência de reserva de forma clara e precisa no PMS do Hotel. Manter relações cordiais com clientes comerciais. Responsável pela manutenção de uma posição ordenada e ordenada em todos os momentos.
