About you: MSc (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Electronics, Electrotechnical Engineering, or related field with 3 to 4 years’ industry experience; Experience integrating hardware modules with modern software solutions; 2-3 years of experience in C and Object-Oriented programming languages (C++/Python), namely on the development of software drivers and microprocessor firmwares; Strong background in electronics, with knowledge on ARM Cortex-M architectures, RTOS and low-level communication protocols such as UART, SPI, I2C, Modbus, etc. FPGA or VPU knowledge are a plus; Solid knowledge in the following areas: optics, cameras, camera networks, condition monitoring sensors (temperature, luminance), light sensors (machine-readable optical labels); Highly organized and strong results orientation. Local de trabalho: Vizela, Guimarães e grande Porto Data de início: A definir mediante disponibilidade A pessoa selecionada, que irá reportar ao QA Manager, terá como local de trabalho Vizela mas passará muito tempo nos arredores do Porto a acompanhar a produção nos vários fornecedores, e terá as seguintes responsabilidades: - Fazer as inspeções nas fábricas nas fábricas / subcontratados de forma a garantir que tanto o produto quanto a embalagem estejam em conformidade com os padrões de qualidade exigidas pelo nosso cliente; - Testar o produto e a embalagem no laboratório com base nos procedimentos do nosso cliente (EUA e outros mercados) de forma a garantir que tanto a segurança/qualidade do produto quanto a embalagem estejam de acordo com o exigido pelo nosso cliente; - Trabalhar com os Laboratórios e fornecedores de forma a garantir que os testes dos produtos estejam a ser realizados corretamente; - Realizar o controle de qualidade em amostras de pré-produção, em processo e inspeção final em produção em série, de acordo com os procedimentos do nosso cliente; - Realizar teste de queda para controlo de segurança das embalagens de transporte, de acordo com os procedimentos do nosso cliente; - Será responsável por resolver os problemas e reportá-los aos vários responsáveis (direção, departamento de expedição, etc) sempre com provas relevantes (digitais, imagens e/ou amostras) conforme apropriado; - Preencher relatórios de inspeção em PQA; - Garantir que o fornecedor cumpra os objetivos de conformidade de controle de qualidade da fábrica e garantir que os mesmos são alcançados pelo fornecedor (Isso também inclui a implementação de melhorias de qualidade se necessário); - Garantir que a produção do fornecedor esteja constantemente em conformidade com a casa mãe, USA/Califórnia e outros mercados relevantes, e a legislação; - Garantir que os testes e procedimentos de qualidade/embalagem sejam devidamente compreendidos pelos fornecedores; - Monitoramento contínuo e constante da produção, de forma a garantir que ela reflita os padrões de qualidade do nosso cliente; - Realizar Avaliação da Fábrica, novos fornecedores, de forma a garantir que a fábrica reúne as condições (normas ambientais, de saúde e segurança) e se a capacidade de produção da fábrica atende às solicitações e ao código de conduta do nosso cliente. Requisitos: - Formação Superior em Engenharia e Gestão da Qualidade, Engenharia das Madeiras, Materiais ou similares (preferencial); - Experiência, mínimo de 5 anos de experiência, no setor do mobiliário (obrigatório); - Sólidos conhecimentos de qualidade de produto/embalagem (mobiliário); - Sólidos conhecimentos na implementação de melhorias relacionadas com a qualidade, ambiente e segurança; - Sólidos conhecimentos de MSOffice; - Sólidos conhecimento dos requisitos do produto, normas regulamentares e requisitos de teste. - Orientado a processos com boa abordagem analítica e estruturada; - Capacidade de construir uma relação de confiança através de uma comunicação eficaz; - Capacidade de tomar decisões e resolver problemas com visão holística na gestão da qualidade; - Capacidade de liderar projetos e garantir a sua implementação; - Curiosidade para aprender sobre as necessidades e requisitos do cliente e aprender continuamente; - Nível de Inglês, mínimo, B2 (obrigatório).
