MUST DO (Tarefas e responsabilidades): - Atualização e semaforização proativa de business plans - Planeamento e gestão de tesouraria - Pagamentos e recebimentos - Gestão de acréscimos e diferimentos - Controlo de projetos para a própria entidade - Controlo de amortizações - Controlo de rappel - Fiscalidade - Financiamento - Apoio auditoria - Contacto direto com os CEO’s da agência - Gestão e supervisão dos serviços de contabilidade (outsourcing) - Contacto direto com gestores de conta dos diversos bancos - Organização de pastas, arquivo de documentos MUST HAVE (Hard Skills): - Formação em Gestão ou Finanças - Experiência na área de Gestão e Contabilidade - Conhecimentos aprofundados em PHC e Google Sheets - Bons conhecimentos de plataformas de home-banking - Experiência em ferramentas de dashboarding como Power BI - Conhecimento das rotinas e ferramentas para estar sempre atualizado acerca de finanças e novas regulamentações - Domínio de língua inglesa MUST BE (Soft Skills): - Elevado sentido de proatividade, responsabilidade e autonomia - Facilidade em comunicar e expressar-se por via oral ou escrita - Gostar de trabalhar em equipa - Gostar de dar e receber feedback - Ser metódico, organizado e disciplinado - Atenção ao detalhe e veracidade das informaçõe
