As a result, we are committed to being the channel between Asia and the world and be a catalyst amongst these exchanges.   Reporting to the Finance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the full operational treasury workflow.   Day to day Job Description:   Ensure daily operations are executed timely and accurately Monitoring balances and preparing payments Daily maintenance of bank reconciliations Daily maintenance and reconciliation of cash balance Book collections and payments in general ledger Preparation of bank reconciliations Assist in month-closing and year-end closing activities Prepare vendor and other payments Post wire transfers in the bank Assist the area in the automation and optimization of existing processes Implement new processes, driving efficiency Assist in other ad hoc tasks within the Treasury function (intercompany loans and transfers, cash/debt management, etc.) Preparation and analysis of Cash Flow Statements and other relevant reports Preparation of the treasury cash forecast, on a monthly basis     Profile:   Bachelors/ Masters degree in Management/Economics/Finance/Accounting Previous experience in similar functions (at least 2 years) Proficiency in Excel Fluency in Portuguese and English Ability to work with autonomy Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent teamwork, communication, and documentation skills Exceptional writing proficiency and oral presentation skills Excellent listening and problem solving skills Passion for working in a fast-paced and multicultural environment Understand processes and improvement opportunities that lead to increased efficiency Ambitious & results driven   To apply please send your CV to: recruitment_portugal@delsk.com, with the name of the position you are applying for.
