Product Overview
This product is anhydrous hydrogen chloride (HCl) available in liquid form, with high purity grades including 99.9%, 99.999%, and 99.99999%. It is also referred to as HCl gas, anhydrous hydrogen chloride, or high-purity HCl gas.

Applications
It is widely used in the production of large-scale integrated circuits, gas phase polishing of monocrystalline silicon, and etching of epitaxial bases.
