Requirements: • Signature cuisine; • Good dynamics; • Assiduity and punctuality; • Organization; • Aptitude for working in a team; • Good sense of responsibility; • Desire to learn; • Availability to work on weekends and during the night; Sensitivity in cost management. Tasks and responsibilities: • Prepare the different dishes in optimal conditions; • Respect the quality standards defined by the group; • Ensuring that the production places are always in a demanding state of cleanliness in accordance with the company's hygiene standards; • Guarantee of compliance with HACCP standards.
