They are located in the Algarve, more precisely in the area of Almancil, Vale do Lobo and Quarteira. We have a vacancy for SUB CHEF KITCHEN (M/F), and if you find yourself residing somewhere far from us, don't worry, we offer accommodation! Requirements: ● Training in the kitchen area; ● Excellent communication skills; ● Cost management sensitivity and customer orientation; ● Aptitude for an exquisite service; ● Excellent initiative capacity; ● Proactive and dynamic; ● Excellent organizational skills; ● A lot of flexibility and availability; ● Punctuality and attendance; ● Good knowledge of English; ● Careful presentation; ● Availability to work on weekends and during the night; ● Computer skills from the user´s point of view; Tasks and responsibilities: • Organize, coordinate and control all activities that take place in the kitchen; • Plan and organize the production of daily meals; • Plan the acquisition of necessary food products depending on the number of meals to be produced and existing stocks; • Supervise work in the kitchen; • Prepare all the dishes and items designated for the different sections in optimal conditions; • Respect the quality standards defined by the group; • Ensure that the production places are always in a demanding state of cleanliness in accordance with the company's hygiene standards; • Guarantee of compliance with HACCP standards.
